Connor Sweet
Vice President, Market Leader – South Central, Grayscale
Connor joined Grayscale in 2024 as Vice President, responsible for supporting advisors and institutions as they explore the digital asset ecosystem. He has extensive experience working with family offices, financial advisors, endowments, and venture funds.
Having worked in crypto asset management since 2019, Connor has witnessed firsthand the industry's evolution and shifting attitudes towards digital assets. He has observed the transformation from skepticism to growing acceptance among institutional investors and the rapid development of regulatory frameworks and technological advancements in the space. Before his tenure in the crypto sector, Connor worked at Merrill Lynch in their Global Wealth and Investment Management division. Connor holds a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
Steven Max
Associate, Product & Research, Grayscale
Steven Max is a Crypto Product Associate at Grayscale Investments where he evaluates and recommends promising assets for the firm's private funds. He previously co-founded a Bitcoin Mining Facility in Upstate NY and developed a multi-chain bridge connecting Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL). Steven also worked as a crypto OTC trader at Escada Finance and has an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Finance from the University of California - Berkeley.
